  • Complimentary LeakBot devices are available while supplies last. Must be a Selective insured under an HO3 or HO5 homeowners policy in IL, IN, MD, NJ, OH, PA, TN, UT, or VA. Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Free leak repair visits include labor, parts, and taxes (up to $2,500) subject to LeakBot terms and conditions, which will be provided when booking a home visit. Replacement parts over $250 are not covered. Labor is still included, even if a follow-up visit is needed. All parts provided are standard and guaranteed for 12 months. Selective is not responsible for the cost of plumbing repairs for events not detected by LeakBot. 

  • Discount is available where permitted by law and applies to the homeowners insurance policy premium applicable to premises with an installed and activated device. To receive the credit, you must allow LeakBot to share the device status and location with Selective. Failure to maintain an active device will result in the removal of the premium discount.
